Job Description

Marketing and Sales Executives

You will be the face of AbroadOn in your assigned region educating institutions about the value of our platform and converting them into active partners.


Key Responsibilities


  • Visit colleges and universities in your assigned area.
  • Fix appointments and meet principals, placement officers, and career counselors.
  • Pitch AbroadOn’s seminars/webinars and value proposition to institutions.
  • Convince colleges to host student webinars or awareness sessions.
  • Maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders for repeat collaboration.
  • Distribute promotional materials and coordinate event logistics if needed.
  • Report leads, conversations, and signups using CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Meet weekly/monthly outreach targets and engagement KPIs.

Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, educational outreach, or institutional sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
  • Confidence to speak with academic decision-makers (principals, directors, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools is a plus.
