Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
* Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
* Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
* Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
* Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel if required.
