Convert leads into enrollments & achieve monthly targets
Maintain CRM records and daily follow-ups
Coordinate with marketing & operations team for smooth lead flow
Participate in events, webinars, and offline marketing activities
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Marathi, Hindi, English preferred).
Confident personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Positive attitude, discipline, and self-motivation.
Experience in education, edtech, or financial sales preferred.
