Sales & Enrollment Executive

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sales & Enrollment Executive to handle student inquiries, provide program guidance, and manage the complete enrollment journey for our EdTech offerings. This is an inside sales role focused on tele-counseling, lead management, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students
• Explain course details, learning formats, and program advantages clearly
• Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs
• Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
• Follow up consistently to drive timely enrollments
• Update CRM with lead details, interaction history, and status updates
• Share brochures, fee details, and program documents as required
• Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Good listening skills with a student-centric counseling approach
• Comfortable with phone-based and virtual interactions
• Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms is an advantage
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
