Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Consultation:

• Analyze client requirements and design customized technical solutions to address specific challenges.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting technical features, applications, and benefits.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.

1. Sales Engineering Activities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and proposals that align with client needs.
• Create technical documentation, including proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate technical terms and ensure solutions meet both client expectations and company standards.

1. Market and Technology Insights:

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry standards, and competitive products.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and refine product offerings.
• Liaise with the product development team to ensure continuous improvement based on customer feedback.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with R&D, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Serve as a key technical liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  BTech/Diploma in Engineering (any stream) or equivalent technical background (pass or fail).

• Technical Expertise:

  Strong understanding of engineering concepts, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Technical Tools:

  Familiarity with CAD tools, CRM platforms, and project management software is an advantage.

• Experience:

  Prior experience in technical sales, system design, or engineering roles is highly desirable.
