Sales Engineer /Sr. Sales Engineer - IAT_ Norteast_ North Bengal

Your role will be as a Salesperson in the Industrial Air Division within Compressor Technique for compressor Range 2 to 90 KW, Dryer, Gas Generator. Working in field sales, you will be responsible for developing sales, achieving monthly targets, and defining forecasts in alignment with the IAT Divisional Strategy. **Main Responsibilities:** - Work independently in your assigned territory. - Promote & sell the Industrial Products Range. - Establish and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs to identify business opportunities. - Conduct customer negotiations at all levels. - Identify new customers for the Industrial Air product range in the North East territory. - Focus on replacement business for old installations. - Coordinate with dealers in the assigned territory to achieve sales objectives. - Sell the complete range of Industrial Air Division products. - Identify new opportunities and work on green field projects. - Gather market intelligence and report regularly to management. - Ensure all duties are in accordance with Atlas Copco standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Technical Degree - B.E, Masters degree in business is an added advantage. - 2-4 years of sales experience in North East Region / Compressor Product / Capital Goods. - Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems. - Knowledge areas/skills: Value selling, Negotiation skills, Building Relationships, Self-motivated, Sales execution skills. - Good commercial and technical competence. - High motivation to win business and sensitivity to customer needs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Local Language. - Strong business understanding and knowledge of competitors" products. - Initiative in problem-solving and solution providing to customers. **Additional Details:** The company offers an inviting, family-like atmosphere with a culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior, and integrity.
