Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities across industrial and government sectors.
• Visit clients including panel builders, OEMs, and industrial plants to understand requirements.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and order finalization.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Manage leads, do regular follow-ups, and close sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations when required.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–5 years in sales of electrical products (preferred).
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Languages: Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Skills: Self-driven, Smart Planner, Goal-Oriented, Good Negotiator.
• Strong understanding of electrical components and solutions preferred.
• Should be comfortable with local and regional travel as needed.
