Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting domestic and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, identifying customer needs, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and international business travel to present solutions to clients and support sales initiatives. The role demands strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills to facilitate collaborations with clients and internal teams.

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the steel industry is a plus
