Job Description

Develop new business opportunities with
automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering companies
.
Promote and sell VR Coatings
dispensing, coating, and surface treatment equipment
.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations to demonstrate the value of VR Coatings products.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning, prospecting, and market coverage.
Conduct negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, service, and production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with
automotive manufacturing trends, competitors, and dispensing technologies
.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
46 years of experience
in
sales of industrial/special equipment
, preferably in
automotive dispensing, surface treatment, or coating equipment industry
.
Proven track record of sales to
automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering companies
.
Strong technical understanding with ability to explain equipment solutions effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
