Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – EdTech
Location: Wadala, Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to drive growth for our EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional or enterprise sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for transforming education through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and acquire new institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates).
• Present and demonstrate EdTech products to decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (EdTech domain preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of institutional decision-making cycles.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
