Sales Development Representative - RCM

Kochi, Kerala

Wanted: A Sales Development Rep Who Can Turn Not Interested” Into “Let’s Talk.”

“RCM is like the bloodstream of healthcare—if it stops, everything stops. And we need someone who can help healthcare organizations in the US keep that blood pumping by picking up the phone, talking to real humans, and convincing them we’re the best partner they’ll ever have.”

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first spark in the sales engine of our RCM division. You’ll be identifying prospects, building genuine relationships, knocking on virtual doors (with confidence, not desperation), and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team.

  • Solid understanding of B2B interactions—how businesses think, buy, and behave.
  • Persistence. Even when a prospect says “not interested,” you hear “try again with more relevance.”
  • Research ability that makes Sherlock look casual.
  • A growth mindset and a drive to hit weekly and monthly targets.
  • Comfort working from the office in Kochi with a high-energy team.
