Sales Development Executive – Trading Education

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Executive to join our trading education team in Delhi. In this role, you will connect with potential students, schedule consultations, and assist with program enrollments. This is a performance-oriented role with attractive incentives and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads via calls and online channels
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultation sessions
• Clearly and confidently explain trading education programs
• Handle objections calmly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and follow KPIs
• Participate in call reviews to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

• 6–24 months of experience in sales, inside sales, or lead handling
• Strong spoken English and Hindi (clear, confident, neutral accent). Malayalam is a plus
• Comfortable with monitored calls and performance tracking
• Ability to handle objections without panicking
• Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in education sales, finance, trading, or crypto
• Experience qualifying high-ticket leads
• Prior work with international clients
