Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve bancassurance targets through effective relationship management with bank partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers at banks, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop joint plans for cross-selling insurance products to bank customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as policy issuance rates, premium income, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with bank partners.
  • Ability to work independently from home office environment.
