Sales & Customer Support Executive (English Communication + Outbound Calling)

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional to drive our sales and customer support initiatives. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong convincing ability, and be comfortable using computers and online tools.
This role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, email communication, and basic writing tasks (training will be provided for Upwork-related work).
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups in a professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Write and reply to emails clearly and effectively.
• Support the sales process by building relationships and convincing prospects.
• Assist with Upwork writing tasks (training will be provided).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency – email handling, data entry, and CRM tools.
• Good common sense and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently, follow up diligently, and meet targets.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
