Roles & Responsibilities: Take charge of your dedicated section (Coffee products or Desserts Counter), ensuring smooth operations, engaging warmly with customers & delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Provide detailed information about Coffee products, Desserts & Viennoiserie to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Actively promote products through upselling & cross-selling, driving sales at the coffee and dessert counters. Maintain an attractive, organized & hygienic display of products, ensuring consistent replenishment and visual appeal. Conduct guided tours of the outlet, showcasing unique features like the Coffee roasting area, Chef Table, Pvt Theater, Bakery facility & specialty sections to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries & provide solutions promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Flawless communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Professional grooming and a warm, engaging personality. Confidence in interacting with guests and presenting products effectively. Prior experience in sales, hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
