Sales cum Counsellor (Remote | Mumbai-based)*

📍 *Field Visits:* Up to 10%

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has experience in *Sales or CRM* (Ed-Tech experience is a big plus)

✅ Is an excellent communicator in English

✅ Understands student needs and can suggest tailored programs

✅ Can work independently and hit monthly targets

✅ Is open to *learning multiple skills* and adapting to new challenges

✅ Comfortable using *CRM tools and MS Office*

Responsibilities include:

🔹 Handling inbound & outbound calls

🔹 Converting leads into enrollments

🔹 Following up via calls, emails & CRM

🔹 Offering personalized student counselling

🔹 Collaborating with marketing and academic teams

👣 Occasional *field visits (10%)* may be required within Mumbai.
