Sales Counselor - Hair transplant and Skin aesthetic

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will educate clients about our hair transplant and skin treatment services, convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online inquiries, explain treatment options and pricing
• Counsel clients on hair and skin procedures based on their concerns
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Maintain follow-up and client relationship records in CRM
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for consultations and treatment scheduling

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ year experience in sales or counselling (preferably in aesthetic/healthcare industry)
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Presentable and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of dermatology or cosmetology services is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
