Sales Counselor

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Counselor to join our team and help grow our digital marketing and website development services. You will work with warm leads from platforms like Justdial, local business directories, referrals, and inbound queries. Your primary role will be to convert leads into clients through effective communication, strong persuasion, and consultative selling.

This role demands excellent phone-based sales skills, confidence, and fluency in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on daily leads from Justdial, Google My Business, referrals, and local sources
• Initiate and handle phone conversations with prospects to understand their business needs
• Pitch appropriate digital marketing solutions (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media) and website development packages
• Send proposals and coordinate with internal teams for quotes and service details
• Handle client queries, objections, and convert warm leads into confirmed projects
• Maintain CRM or lead tracker for accurate follow-up and reporting
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling (digital marketing industry experience is a bonus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Good understanding of digital marketing services and website development (training provided if needed)
• Ability to handle rejections and work independently
• Basic computer skills: Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
