JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES COUNSELOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

Aesthetica360 is a multi-specialty aesthetic clinic focusing on Hair, Skin, and Advanced Dental procedures.
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Counselor who can convert patient enquiries into high-value treatment packages through structured consultations and follow-ups.

This is NOT a receptionist or telecaller role.
This role is for someone who understands consultative selling in healthcare.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Consultation & Sales

• Counsel patients for hair, skin, and dental treatment plans
• Explain treatment packages, outcomes, timelines, and pricing clearly
• Convert consultations into treatment packages and procedures

Lead Management

• Handle walk-in, call, WhatsApp, and digital leads
• Ensure 100% follow-up (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7)
• Track leads and conversion status daily

Revenue & Conversion

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Pitch EMI and package upgrades confidently
• Maintain conversion ratios as per clinic benchmarks

Coordination

• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk
• Ensure smooth patient onboarding after closure

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare / aesthetic / dental / IVF / high-ticket sales
• Proven experience closing ₹50,000+ packages
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Comfortable with follow-ups and objection handling

Preferred

• Experience in aesthetic clinics, cosmetic dermatology, dental clinics, or IVF centers
• Familiarity with EMIs and treatment financing

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Minimum 20–25% conversion from consultations
• Daily follow-up discipline
• Target-oriented and outcome-focused mindset

SALARY & INCENTIVES

• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based commissions
• Growth opportunity with clinic expansion

WORKING HOURS

• 6 days/week
• Fixed clinic hours
