Job Title: Academic Counselor Industry: EdTech Location: Remote Qualifications Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in technology sales or admission counseling Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of IT services such as web development, ecommerce, and digital marketing Strong networking and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus Daily follow-up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom. Explain course benefits and clear doubts of potential customers. Convert leads into paid students for our ₹35k–₹70k training programs. Achieve a monthly target of 40 to 60 sales. Maintain CRM updates and share daily reporting. Targets & Incentives: ● Fixed monthly targets: 40 to 60 sales per month. ● Incentives on target completion. ● Top performers get bonuses and rewards.
