Sales Coordinator(Female only)

Position : Sales Coordinator (Female Candidates Only, Age between 26 to 35 years)

Experience : 3-5 Years

Education : MBA or Any Graduate

CTC Package : 4 - 6 LPA

Location : Moraiya (Dist Sanand), Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• AInitiate and prepare order quotations based on client requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage the entire sales order cycle — from quotation, confirmation, production coordination, to dispatch and after-sales service.
• Provide regular, structured updates to the Director on the status of each client/order.
• Maintain proper documentation of all client communications, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
• Communicate fluently and effectively with international clients, both via email and phone.
• Assist the Director in preparing reports, client briefs, and follow-up notes.
• Maintain and update customer databases, order tracker, and sales dashboards.
