Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Office Coordinator / Client Support Executive to handle office-based operations including client communication, lead generation, coordination with field staff, and follow-up activities. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide basic product information and coordinate further actions with the field team.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and technical/sales staff.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Identify potential clients through online platforms, calls, and industry sources.
  • Maintain active follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing leads.
  • Keep detailed records of all conversations, inquiries, and follow-up actions.

Office Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and update client databases and lead sheets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries and follow-up status.
  • Support day-to-day office administrative work related to client coordination.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Assist in basic marketing activities and promotional communication.
  • Coordinate with external vendors if marketing materials or communication support is required.
  • Help in managing online inquiries and responses.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (preferably Marketing / Business / Mechanical background)
  • Basic understanding of industrial products will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in client handling, office coordination, telecalling, or inside support roles.
  • Experience in an industrial or B2B environment preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Good phone etiquette and professional behavior
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling
  • Organized, disciplined, and proactive
