Job Description

Coordinate with sales team and support daily sales operations.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer details, and order information.
Follow up with internal teams (logistics, accounts, production) for timely delivery and payments.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
Handle after-sales support issues and coordinate resolutions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders when necessary.
Maintain CRM of all relevant data and maintain sheets.
Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
