Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

o Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by managing day-to-day operations.

o Handle inquiries, provide product details, and manage customer relationships.

o Process sales orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

o Monitor inventory levels to meet client requirements.

o Follow up on pending orders and payments with customers and internal teams.

o Maintain and update sales records in the company database.

o Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

o Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

o Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

o Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and agreements.

o Maintain records of expenses related to sales and submit them for approval.

Qualifications and Skills

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role; experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus.

Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.32 per month
