Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator with good communication and computer skills to handle customer calls, generate sales enquiries, follow up with prospective customers and coordinate sales activities. The candidate should be capable of converting customer enquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond to sales enquiries.
• Generate new leads and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Convert customer enquiries into orders through effective follow-ups.
• Coordinate with RSMs and ASMs regarding sales activities, targets and achievements.
• Coordinate with service engineers regarding customer visits and service activities.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales commitments and performance.
• Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, order details and sales reports.
• Follow up on pending quotations, payments and customer requirements.
• Monitor attendance and field activities of Sales and Service Executives.
• Verify sales and service tour bills and coordinate for approval.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.

Required Skills & Competencies :

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Telecalling / Customer Support.
• Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers and close sales orders.
• Good coordination, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
