Our B2B services include Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AEPS, Micro ATM, Cash Management Services (CMS), bill payments and lending solutions through partner integrations.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our B2B sales and operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You will coordinate with field sales teams, distributors, retailers and internal departments to ensure smooth merchant onboarding, activation and ongoing business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
• Track leads, follow-ups, merchant onboarding and activation progress.
• Collect onboarding documents and coordinate KYC verification with the relevant team.
• Support field sales executives in achieving onboarding and business targets.
• Explain PayRup’s B2B services to prospective retailers, agents and distributors.
• Follow up with onboarded merchants to help them start and continue transacting.
• Coordinate with operations, customer support and technical teams to resolve merchant queries.
• Follow up with inactive merchants and support reactivation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, onboarding and merchant activity.
• Arrange product demonstrations and training sessions for merchants and sales teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in sales coordination, B2B operations, merchant support or sales support.
• Experience in a fintech company, bank, banking correspondent network or digital payments business is preferred.
• Familiarity with DMT, AEPS, Micro ATM, CMS, BBPS or lending services is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam, with working knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and work towards business targets.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
