Annexure 2 – Job Description, Roles and Responsibilities

1. CRM System Management  Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system.  Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper segmentation.  Manage CRM dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.  Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for enhancements.

2. Customer Data Analysis  Analyze customer requirement, purchase history, and engagement trends.  Prepare analytical reports on customer insights, campaign results, and retention.  Identify opportunities for personalized engagement, cross-sell, and up-sell.

3. Communication Management  Plan and execute email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty campaigns.  Segment customer groups for targeted communication.

4. Quotation Preparation & Sales Coordination

 Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and price estimates for customers.  Ensure quotations follow company policies, pricing structures, and approval paths.  Coordinate with sales and finance teams for final approvals and documentation.

5. Negotiation & Customer Interaction

 Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, pricing, and product details.  Support the sales team in negotiation with customers to close deals.  Maintain professional and customer-centric communication to enhance conversion

rates.

6. Vendor Management & Coordination

 Coordinate with vendors for pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.  Maintain vendor databases and ensure timely update of rates and product information.  Follow up on purchases, pending orders, and supplier commitments.

7. Supply Chain Support (Stock Verification)  Verify stock availability before quotation or order confirmation.  Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for stock updates.  Ensure timely replenishment requests and maintain accurate stock records.

8. Post-Sales Support  Assist customers with post-sales queries, product support, and service requests.  Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints.  Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up after service completion.

9. Daily & Monthly Report Preparation

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, leads, CRM activities, and

customer feedback.  Track and present customer lifecycle metrics, pending tasks, campaign results, and

team performance.  Share reports with management for planning and decision-making.

10. Customer Experience & Retention

 Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn.  Track customer journey touchpoints and identify areas for improvement.  Work cross-functionally to remove friction across customer interactions.

11. CRM Training & Support  Train team members on CRM features, data entry, and workflow usage.  Create SOPs, documentation, and guidelines for CRM best practices.  Provide ongoing support to ensure high adoption across departments.

12. Data Compliance & Security

 Handle customer data responsibly as per company policies and legal guidelines.  Ensure GDPR and privacy compliance.  Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
