Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Management: Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, Meta, website, calls and other sources.
Client Coordination: Communicate with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients regarding their requirements, quotations and bookings.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare and share quotations, proposals and other sales-related documents.
Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead updates.
CRM Management: Update client details, lead status, follow-up dates and remarks in the CRM system.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients regarding booking advances and pending payments.
Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and maintain lead records.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution after booking confirmation.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Strong coordination and time-management abilities.
Presentable and professional attitude
