Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in backend sales operations.
  • Qualification: Any Degree (minimum).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Experience in the building material industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales teams and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle backend sales operations including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Respond to client queries promptly with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
