Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Sales Support to assist our sales team in managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Coordination:

Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order processing.

  • Order Processing & Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information about products/services.

Process sales orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage post-sales documentation.

Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant team.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Track and analyze sales performance, including sales forecasts, revenue reports, and customer feedback.

Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards for management.

  • Sales Team Assistance:

Support the sales team in lead generation and prospect follow-ups.

Schedule client meetings and manage sales team calendars.

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with order processing software and invoicing systems.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Good Hands on Windows (Excel, PowerPoint)
