Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Reporting To: Branch Manager

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Home Loan Sales team in the DSA channel. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with customers, sales officers, and bank managers, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and skilled in communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Login Coordination:
• Manage incoming logins from Sales Officers.
• Follow up with banks and sales managers to ensure timely lead processing.
• Documentation Support:
• Collect and verify all required documents for home loan applications.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to the bank.
• Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancies or missing documents.
• Communication & Follow-Up:
• Serve as the central point of contact between DSAs, credit teams, and bank managers.
• Keep the sales team and clients updated on application status and approvals.
• Sales Support:
• Maintain daily login and application trackers.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Update CRM systems with lead and login status.
• Training & Onboarding:
• Assist in onboarding and guiding new sales officers about documentation and process flow.

• Familiarity with home loan processes and DSA coordination (preferred)
• Team player with strong follow-up skills

Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in BFSI, Home Loan, or DSA coordination roles
• Experience working with Banks, DSAs, or NBFCs is an added advantage
