Sales & Coordination Specialist

You will be responsible for managing client relations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Additionally, you will coordinate CRM updates, monitor platform performance, and share client feedback with the tech team. Your role will also involve driving sales initiatives, assisting with lead generation, and helping grow the client base. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relations and respond to inquiries - Coordinate CRM updates, monitor platform performance, and share client feedback with the tech team - Drive sales initiatives, assist with lead generation, and help grow the client base - Platform Coordination: Manage CRM updates, track performance, and resolve client issues - Sales Support: Help with lead generation follow-ups and client onboarding Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach - Familiarity with CRM platforms and tech solutions - Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams - Sales experience preferred but not mandatory - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, candidates with a background in B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, BBA, MCA, or BCA will be preferred for this full-time job. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday during morning shifts. Please note that proficiency in English is preferred, and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, total work, and sales will be given preference.,
