Sales & Content Management Executive

This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and consistent with communication and content creation. You will be directly speaking with international clients from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Posting & Content Management

• Create and post

  daily content

  on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp Stories.
• Work with existing content + help generate new ideas for reels, product videos, and sales creatives.
  
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all platforms.
  
• Upload products and maintain updated catalogs on websites and marketplaces.
  

Outreach & Lead Generation

• Conduct

  daily outreach

  to potential clients on:
• Instagram DMs
  
• Facebook Groups
  
• TikTok
  
• WhatsApp Broadcast
  
• Alibaba
  
• JustDial
  
• Email
  
• Respond to all inbound queries quickly and professionally.
  

Sales Funnel Management & Follow-Up

• Handle leads from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Alibaba, JustDial, and website forms.
  
• Build and manage sales pipelines for:
  
• Retail customers
  
• Wholesale customers
  
• Wig makers
  
• Salon owners
  
• Hair vendors
  
• Do daily follow-ups and convert leads into

  successful sales

  .
• Maintain CRM or tracking sheet for daily reporting.
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Communicate clearly with international customers in English.
  
• Provide product information, price lists, catalog PDFs, and videos.
  
• Assist customers with placing orders, payment confirmations, shipping updates, and after-sales queries.
  

Additional Responsibilities (Added for professional impact)

• Suggest new content ideas based on market trends.
  
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
  
• Improve lead conversion by using scripts, funnels, and follow-up templates.
  
• Identify new platforms for distribution and outreach.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken & written

  English

  (must).
• Strong communication and persuasive sales ability.
  
• Experience with

  Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business

  .
• Basic understanding of Canva, video editing apps, reels creation (preferred but not required).
  
• Ability to multitask and handle international customers.
  
• Must be disciplined, consistent, and confident in sales follow-ups.
