As a Sales Consultant for TVS Mahindra (Truck & Bus) in Kozhikode, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate with customers through email, telephone, and in-person interactions. You will be tasked with understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable vehicles that meet their specific needs. Your role will involve arranging test-drives and accompanying customers during these tests to ensure a seamless experience. One of your key objectives will be to achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful sales. You will also be responsible for completing all necessary paperwork for each sale. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in expanding the customer database and identifying potential sales opportunities. Collaboration with the service team is essential to ensure that sold vehicles are prepared to a high standard and delivered within the agreed timeline. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum qualification of Plus Two, Degree, or Diploma, along with at least 1 year of experience in the sales field.
