Sales Consultant IT (LAPTOP)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused IT Laptop Sales Executive to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right laptops and IT products based on their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and staying informed about the latest tech trends and products. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their laptop and IT needs, and provide expert guidance. Stay updated on the latest laptop brands, models, specifications, and technologies. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue goals. Maintain proper product displays, showroom hygiene, and ensure demo units are functional. Prepare quotations, handle billing coordination, and assist in after-sales follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients. Coordinate with backend teams for stock availability and timely order fulfillment. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and product knowledge. Continuously update personal knowledge through training sessions and vendor updates. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Passion for technology and gadgets.
