Job Description

We are Hiring for Sales Co-Ordinator

Only Female candidates Can Apply

Location:Teynampet
English and Hindi Speaking is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client accounts, and communication.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery and billing.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams for order execution.
Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or campaigns.
Ensure all sales documentation is up to date and filed correctly.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or admin roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
