Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain records of sales, customer database, and payment status.
  • Support sales executives in arranging meetings, demos, and client visits.
  • Coordinate between sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
  • Track pending orders, deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Qualification: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support / coordination preferred (freshers may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
