Role Overview: As a candidate for the position at MIDC Ambarnath, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials. This will involve preparing correct work orders, coordinating with various departments including production, store, and purchase for timely dispatch, and ensuring the readiness of materials in collaboration with the production department. Your effective coordination with different teams and departments will play a crucial role in meeting the company's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare correct work orders for dispatch of materials - Coordinate with production, store, and purchase departments for timely dispatch - Ensure the readiness of materials in collaboration with the production department - Liaise with customers and follow up on tags and transportation documents - Coordinate with the sales team and work closely with the accounts department Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in team coordination, report generation, production planning, and dispatch planning Please note that this is a full-time role with a 9-hour shift schedule and Friday off due to electricity shutdown. The salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 INR. The company also offers benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The work location is in person at MIDC Ambarnath.
