Sales Co-ordinator for Andheri.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international sales orders and ensure timely processing
• Communicate with global clients to address inquiries and provide support
• Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to manage deliveries
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation and reports
• Monitor international sales performance and provide analytical insights
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
• Assist in the development of international sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and payments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or international business
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of international trade and shipping regulations
• Ability to work across time zones and with diverse cultures
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
