Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

This role bridges communication between the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and respond to requests for information.
• Maintain customer records and sales databases (CRM).
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and sales presentations.
• Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and reports.
• Research for New Client findings on Google / LinkedIn Platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
