Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team to track their sales performance and follow up on head office instructions. This includes monitoring the sales team's performance in North India on a daily basis and reporting on their progress daily. You will be preparing MIS reports and sharing final analysis reports with management to aid in strategy development. In addition, you will be designing sales incentive plans and marketing schemes and ensuring their proper implementation. You will also act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, product development, and service departments to facilitate smooth operations and the sales process. Your role will involve preparing MIS reports and sales analysis reports. Overall, you will be serving as a communication medium between the management and the sales team, ensuring effective coordination and support for both parties.,
