Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth execution of sales processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in the home appliance sector , excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team to manage client orders, queries, and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales data. Communicate with dealers/distributors regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order status. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requirements. Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely dispatch. Ensure all post-sales activities including invoices and payments are tracked.
