Sales & Client Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Sales and Client Manager to join our Event team. Your main job will be to convert leads into bookings and ensure that clients are well taken care of throughout their journey with us—from the first conversation to the final event delivery.

You will also coordinate with our internal teams (photographers, cinematographers, editors) to make sure every event is well-planned and smoothly executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to new leads through phone calls and in-person meetings
• Explain our services and help clients choose the best package
• Follow up regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay in touch with clients throughout the event process
• Coordinate with the photography, video, and editing teams for all shoots
• Prepare and share detailed shoot plans based on the event schedule
• Arrange travel, stay, and briefing for the crew going to events
• Be available for urgent needs or support—sometimes on weekends or outside work hours
• Handle last-minute changes or client concerns calmly and quickly
• Keep all lead and client records updated in the CRM system

Requirements

• Smart candidate with a confident and presentable personality
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Organized and proactive with good follow-up habits
• Comfortable working with multiple leads and meeting targets
• Willing to work from Muttom and be available for weekend support when needed
• Prior experience in sales, client service, or coordination preferred (wedding/events industry is a plus)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
