Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Calling role based in Patel Nagar. The Sales Caller will be responsible for communicating with potential clients to promote the company’s real estate services, following up on leads, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of client interactions and providing insights to improve customer engagement strategies. The role requires effective coordination with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in telecalling, sales, and client relationship management
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and persuasively
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry or willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
