Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements. - Negotiate/close deals and handle objections. - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team. - Take regular follow-ups for closing a deal. - Update the CRM with the status of the inquiries. - Provide video call demos to the clients. Requirements and Skills: - Proficiency in English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Quick learner with a passion for sales. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Patience and calmness in handling clients. Education/Experience: - Graduate, IT, or B-Tech is a plus. - Maximum 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
