Sales Banca Managers - Insurance

Job Description: As an Insurance Sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through assigned Bank Branches by coordinating between the Bank and the company. Your role will involve following up with Bank Operations, building strong relationships with the Bank to facilitate client acquisition, and analyzing customer requirements to pitch suitable insurance products effectively. You will also be expected to handle objections and grievances from customers, providing them with timely solutions. Additionally, part of your role will involve guiding and mentoring new team members to ensure they meet the required deliverables and uphold company values. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - Minimum of 1 year in sales preferred Additional Details: This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
