Sales Banca Managers - Insurance

You will be responsible for insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches, acting as a liaison between the Bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion. Your role will involve coordinating with the Operations of Banks and building mutually beneficial relationships to aid in client acquisition. An essential part of your job will be customer requirement gathering and analysis to improve product pitching. You will also handle objections and grievances, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will guide and mentor new team members by imparting the required deliverables and company values. This role is full-time with day shift schedules and includes benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, and a performance bonus.
