Sales Attendant

Job Title: Customer Attendant Location: Indian Oil Retail Outlet, Kanpur Job Overview: We are looking for a polite, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our Indian Oil Retail Outlet as a Customer Attendant. The role involves assisting customers at the fuel station, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining service quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with fueling their vehicles safely and accurately. Handle cash/card transactions responsibly. Provide courteous and prompt service to all customers. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the outlet. Monitor stock levels of fuel and report irregularities. Support day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the outlet manager. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred). Basic numerical and communication skills. Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented. Prior experience in a retail/fuel outlet will be an added advantage. Work Conditions: Shift-based duty. Uniform and basic training will be provided.
