Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Sitapur. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting customers, helping them locate items, ringing up sales, maintaining the store's appearance, and managing inventory. Additionally, the Sales Attendant will handle customer inquiries and returns, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales and inventory management
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise
