Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Surat. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering their questions, providing product information, processing payments, and handling returns and exchanges as necessary. The role also involves restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage sales transactions and handle returns
Proficiency in organizing merchandise and maintaining the sales floor
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual with good interpersonal skills
Prior experience in retail or sales is beneficial but not required
